Dan and is crew at Mr. Transmission were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond in helping me through an extremely stressful insurance situation. Took on loads of stress that never belonged to them, all while in the mist of their own highly stressful situation of a business relocation. Repair and customer service were both top notch. These guys are amazing!! My vehicle’s clutch went on the way to work. Dropped it off. Justin and crew took it in right away, diagnosed the problem and called me same day with solutions. Professional, quick, affordable!! And great communication! I knew exactly what was wrong, why and what was done to fix it. I can not recommend this place hard enough!

I did my transmission a few months ago and iv never had issues the car runs smoother and better now its like new.

I had a transmission rebuilt over a year ago, after 50,000kms (past the warranty as well), initially I was very disappointed to find that my truck was having issues again so soon, but after dealing with Mark and the other staff at Mister Transmission, they were willing to work with me within reason and cover most aspects of the service. When I first brought my truck in to Mark I was very concerned about the warranty they were providing me as I own a service vehicle that puts on a lot of Kilometres, at the time Mark assured me that they do their best to take care of their customers and when the time came for me to have some more repairs done I was very glad that even a year later Make kept his word and made sure to take care of me as he stated. If you are having issues with you transmission, talk to Mark and make sure just to be straightforward and honest with your issues as they will do the same. Thanks again to Mark and the team.

Terrific shop. Orillia is very fortunate to have a transmission specialist with such expertise and integrity. We were in a tough spot with news of our transmission failure. We had not met previously, but Chris stepped up, just as an old family friend would step up. We can't say enough about the work ethic and honesty of this Mr. Transmission. If you need work, this is definitely the place to go.
