I had a great experience with Uli and his team at the Queensway Etobicoke location. My 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe required a replacement transfer case and transmission and I was ready to sell it for parts but Uli presented me with different options allowing me to ultimately make an informed decision on an affordable used replacement. Uli and his team are consummate professionals, courteous and respectful. I will take my wife's newer Subaru here for transmission service in a heartbeat. Thank you, Uli and team!

Excellent service at the right price. Just had my 2017 Ram transmission serviced. I had my regular local mechanic quote servicing the transmission and it was almost double! I recommend Mr transmission on Exeter for this specialized service.

This is my experience with Whitby Mr. Transmission. I spoke to Denise over the phone and dropped off my 2019 Nissan to have them look at a leak. It was suggested that I bring back my vehicle to the previous repair shop so that I do not have to pay anything extra. Denise went above & beyond, their team called the other shop informing them of the problem as I do not know much about vehicle repairs/parts. Denise was soo helpful , I cannot thank her enough. When you do not know where to turn, and you come across genuine people who actually LISTEN to your concern, it means a lot. Splendid Customer Service. You are an awesome soul Denise !

These guys are the best. They were incredibly communicative, keeping me updated on every step. They dealt with my warranty provider for me, making sure I had the most coverage possible. On top of being generally good people, their work is also top notch. I highly recommend!

Some people just don't get it! Transmission fluid in my mind, need's to be changed the same recommended time as oil changes!!!!!!! Especially if you have over 100 thousand kilometers!!! Also in my mind always have a professional handle transmission repairs. Thankfully this transmission repair shop is full of them 🫡

My transmission decided to go after 160k. Mr transmission dealt with my warranty company and were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend!

Best experince ive had with a mechanic shop! I braught my 2018 jeep cherokee trailhawk in for a transmission issue, the warrenty company, to say the least, was very dificult. That being said the wonderful people at mr.transmission not only faught on my behalf with the warrenty company, but did amazing work! Maintaind amazing contact the entire process (2 month long process). Not enough good can be said about Mr.transmission in Moncton !
