My mother dropped off the car 20 min prior to close and then owner/mechanic took car for a test drive to determine the issue. He gave my mother a courtesy car to go home. We came back the next day and they figured out it was the battery and had it already replaced when we got there by 9:30am.
When I first contacted the North Vancouver shop I dealt with Ken, who is a good man. Ken told me it would be 2 to 3 days for my Blazer repairs. Now I dropped my SUV off on Tuesday evening. So 3 days would bring it to Friday. After I dropped my SUV off I was dealing with Bob the owner. Bob had trouble being forthcoming with information on my blazer. On Friday Bob called me to say they figured out the issue and my blazer should be ready on Monday or Tuesday but he could still not give me a quote on the repairs. So in all this I had to rent a car to get by. Expecting to rent tne car for 3 days top has now turned into a week.. On Monday Ken called me, he was able to finally give me a price. On Tuesday I got my blazer back and Ken being the good guy he is took off the car rental from my bill. So in short Ken was the saving grace for Mister Transmission in my case. I would highly recommend Ken but as for Bob not a chance would I ever deal with him again.
Great service,friendly people.Would highly recommend.
Mister Transmission was very professional and helpful in terms of diagnosing my transmission trouble. My transmission problems ended up being bigger than anticipated but I appreciated their honesty and compassion and would recommend them to anyone.
Friendly and knowledgeable
