• We were on vacation and were stranded. We had our vehicle towed in. They originally sold us a used transmission, charged us $3500 and we had the same error codes as the old one. We ended up spending $5600, lost 10 days of our vacation, and came away with a working transmission only after the intervention of head office and another Mr Transmission in Kanata who were the saving grace of this whole mess.
