Randall A. Moore, CEO
Randall Moore has been with Mister Transmission since 1977. He began as store manager and was quickly promoted to Area Supervisor, Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and finally to his current position as President and CEO.
Randall has enjoyed over 40 years in the Canadian automotive aftermarket industry. Starting out in 1972, he worked as a parts counter person and then on to a local automotive outlet as manager. In his previous position as Vice President of Franchise Operations for one of Canada’s largest automotive retail chains, Randy was responsible for the development of both franchisees and staff.
Randall has served his community as President of the local service club and as President of the Richmond Hill Chamber of Commerce. He has been involved with AIA since early 1992; he has served as Chairman of the Education & Training Committee, Second and First Vice-Chair, Chairman of the Board, and currently as Chairman of the Retail Council.
His highly motivational approach to day-to-day issues brings lasting results to those who attend his seminars and training programs. He exposes opportunities to grow and prosper, not only from a business perspective, but also on a personal level.
Rick Rogers, Operations
Rick serves on the Board of Responsive Brands, he is responsiible for strategic financing and is the Chair of our Finance Committee. His 25+ years of business experience has primarily been focused in the franchising industry.
Anthony Kuczynski, President
Mr. Kuczynski has spent over twenty years working in the automotive aftermarket and repair business. His work experience includes ten years with Canadian Tire Corporation where he held the position of Vice President, Automotive responsible for Canadian Tire’s parts, tires, accessories and auto service business. Mr. Kuczynski also spent five years with Carquest Auto Parts (a division of Advance Auto Parts) where he held the position of Vice President and General Manager for the Ontario Division that included 110 stores. Mr. Kuczynski was with Carquest from 2010 through 2015 and was with Stephenson’s Rental Services Inc. as Vice President, Operations from 2015 until joining the Franchisor. Mr. Kuczynski is a Red Seal Certified H.D. Equip Mechanic and he holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and an MBA. Mr. Kuczynski joined the Franchisor on June 15, 2017 and was formally appointed as President of the Franchisor on August 4th, 2017.
Steve LeBrasseur, Director of Operations
Joe Pawlowski, Regional Business Manager
Joe came to Mister Transmission as a Mister franchisee, and was promoted to Regional Buisness Manager in 2012. As Regional Business Manager, Joe’s role is to act as a liaison between our franchisees and head office as well as to provide ongoing support to franchisees. As a former shop owner and builder, he brings his 25+ years of business expertise to help franchisees improve their business.
Sean Burns, Regional Business Manager – Western Canada
Sean joined Mister Transmission in 2017 as Regional Business Manager Western Canada. He came to Mister Transmission after 5 years in the automotive aftermarket parts market place. He has over 20 years of experience successfully providing customer focused sales solutions across various industries. As Regional Manager, Sean is responsible for liaising between Head Office and franchisees, providing sales and operational support to his district as well as the recruitment of new franchise partners.
Sheila Chan, Controller
Sheila came to Mister Transmission with over 20 years of experience in this field. As Controller, Sheila is responsible for all aspects of our financial reporting and treasury control. She enjoys the challenge of managing complete sets of financial records and providing financial analysis to enhance management decision.
Daniella Fiorini, Customer Service Manager / Communications Coordinator
Daniella came to Mister Transmission with over 15 years of experience in a similar role. As Manager of Customer Service, Daniella helps both our customers and our franchisees with any questions and concerns that may arise. Building relationships is her forte and she is well versed in helping resolve issues regarding anything concerning policy, locations, complaints, pricing and navigation. She is a firm believer in networking and the importance of team mentality, she makes it her goal to constantly exceed expectations. As Communications Coordinator she also works with our various partners and suppliers to ensure every level of the Mister franchise is supported.
Marlene Ricchio, Administrative Assistant/Reception
Marlene’s role requires her to excel at customer service and organization. After joining the Mister team in 2000, she has succeeded in forming great relationships with several of our franchisees. She enjoys the various challenges that her role offers, and is dedicated to helping the team in any way she can.
