They got me going again but Howah that was expensive for a rebuilt transmission and labor.

They were very understanding of my budget and helped me find an affordable repair option. They also provided a courtesy car so I could continue going to work without paying for a rental. They promised to have my van ready in 4–5 business days and delivered right on time! My van is driving smoothly again, and I'm so relieved. Brought my vehicle here for a transmission fluid change and because it was over due the fluid was dirty so they allowed it to sit on a hoist for an extended period to drain which slowed down their work. I was educated as to how much mileage I should drive between servicing since it's a needy type of transmission. apparently lol. The cost was much cheaper than I would have paid at the dealer. Thank you for the quick service and educatuon. I'll be back next year.

Mark explained everything over the phone from diagnostics to repairs and costs with zero sales pressure. I towed the vehicle to the shop and within the exact timeframe and money quoted it was fixed. Upon delivery there was an issue. The team dealt with the issue very quickly and with professionalism even though it caused them to work a bit after close. The transmission was completely rebuilt and they installed an 02 sensor at cost with zero labor charged that I had been putting off. When I returned for my 10 day inspection I was again met with kindness and professionalism. I was even given a oil change gift card for my trouble upon delivery which was very unexpected and appreciated. Thank you guys for being honest and straight forward and treating customers like they matter. I hope I never have to deal with transmission issues ever again but if I do it will be at Mister Transmission in St Thomas.

I took my car into Mr Transmission to get a second opinion on my Mitsubishi as I was not happy with the customer service at the dealership. I booked a time to get it looked at and was thoroughly impressed with the technicians. The tech did his investigation and gave me his detailed diagnosis. The cost to repair was prohibitive but he had a few suggestions to try to see if we could get it resolved. While this was happening, I was waiting and another technician was working with the front end staff impressed me with his automotive knowledge across a large range of manufactures and years. I also witnessed a dealership dropping off a difficult transmission problem. If I have a transmission issue on any of our cars this is the place to come to. You can tell immediately that the staff has a deep, technical understanding of drivetrains and transmission engineering. I had an excellent experience with Mr. Transmission Maple Ridge with my 2022 Mazda CX-5. My vehicle was jerking and not shifting properly, and I was really worried that something serious was wrong with the transmission and that I might be facing a very expensive repair. I decided to give Mr. Transmission Maple Ridge a call, and right from the first conversation, I felt much better. Kyle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns, explained a few possibilities, and suggested bringing the vehicle in for their free Multi-Check and road test. When I arrived, the team inspected my vehicle, performed a road test, and scanned it for trouble codes, all at no charge. They could feel the jerking during the road test, but no transmission fault codes showed up. They noticed the transmission fluid was quite dark and recommended starting with a fluid change rather than jumping straight into an expensive transmission repair. I really appreciated their honest approach. After changing the transmission fluid, my Mazda started shifting smoothly again, and the jerking was gone. What a relief! They also recommended coming back after about 10 days for a follow-up recheck to make sure everything was still working properly. Great experience at Mister Transmission & Milex Calgary! They helped me buy and install winter tires and completed everything on the quote for both of our cars. The work was excellent, and the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
