Good Job

Went there couple weeks ago because I had a problem with my Transmission. George was very helpful to check out my car. He tried to get me the cheapest and the best solution possible. At the end, the problem was fixed. Great job and knowledgable people work there. No issues I highly recommend people to go there if they have problems with their Transmission.

Had a full transmission rebuild done on a ford escape which was completed in good time and some other parts requiring repairs where replaced at no charge. The young lady on the desk was very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

TLDR; knowledgeable, helpful, patiently answered all questions, only repaired what was deemed necessary and was agreed upon, price seemed fair. would recommend! I took my car in to be checked for transmission issues. Everyone was helpful, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. Aki personally took my car for a road test and even asked me to come along so that I could help point out the issues I was experiencing. When they lifted my car to inspect, they actually showed me the underbody of the car and pointed out what looked ok and what needed to be repaired and why. They even agreed to repair a part that was not anticipated - they ordered the part on the spot and replaced it, even though they were closing in less than 2 hours (and it was Friday). I really appreciated not having to return a second time. In my experience as a woman, I have found mechanic shops to either dismiss my concerns and questions or assume I know nothing about cars and recommend repairs that aren't necessary. Mister Transmission was the opposite. I felt respected and my concerns were taken seriously, while not taken advantage of. I will return in the future if needed and would recommend this location to anyone who asks. Thanks guys!

I didn't give them an easy task. 1988 Chevy G20 with bearings gone in the rear diff. They went above and beyond not just to find the parts but also finish the repair in only a day. Communication was outstanding as well. Thank you so much guys!!!
