I had an excellent experience with Mr. Transmission Maple Ridge with my 2022 Mazda CX-5. My vehicle was jerking and not shifting properly, and I was really worried that something serious was wrong with the transmission and that I might be facing a very expensive repair. I decided to give Mr. Transmission Maple Ridge a call, and right from the first conversation, I felt much better. Kyle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns, explained a few possibilities, and suggested bringing the vehicle in for their free Multi-Check and road test. When I arrived, the team inspected my vehicle, performed a road test, and scanned it for trouble codes, all at no charge. They could feel the jerking during the road test, but no transmission fault codes showed up. They noticed the transmission fluid was quite dark and recommended starting with a fluid change rather than jumping straight into an expensive transmission repair. I really appreciated their honest approach. After changing the transmission fluid, my Mazda started shifting smoothly again, and the jerking was gone. What a relief! They also recommended coming back after about 10 days for a follow-up recheck to make sure everything was still working properly. That really showed me they care about their customers and the quality of their work. I'm extremely happy with the service I received. The entire team was friendly, professional, honest, and genuinely helpful. They didn't try to sell me an expensive repair I didn't need, and they took the time to find a sensible solution. Highly recommend Dan and his team at Mr. Transmission on Barton Street! I brought my Mazda 5 in after having issues with the D-light flashing and the car going into limp mode. My in-laws and girlfriend had all used them before and recommended I see Dan he's honest. He diagnosed the problem within two hours after I dropped it off, knew exactly what it was, ordered the part, and had me back on the road by 3:00 PM the next day. Dan didn’t try to upsell me on anything—he just fixed the problem and got me out the door. This place truly cares about their customers!

I recently had my Chevy truck's 6-speed transmission rebuilt at this location, and I can't say enough good things about this place! Dan was very professional and completely upfront with the pricing, which was very reasonable. They even gave my truck a once-over and let me know about a few future repairs that might need doing down the road—completely free of charge. They originally estimated it would take about 4 days, but they had my truck completely finished and ready in just 2 days! I am very impressed with their service, will definitely be back if I ever need future repairs, and highly recommend them!
