We had a great experience with Mister Transmission. They rebuilt a transmission for one of our trucks, and everything went very smoothly. They took the time to explain what was broken, what needed to be done, and what to expect. They had the truck finished faster than we expected, and the truck runs great now. We also had another transmission rebuilt by them last year, and it has been holding up great as well. Great service, good communication, and quality work. We would definitely use Mister Transmission again and would recommend them to others!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I highly recommend Mr. Transmission. My mom’s 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan was having some serious transmission issues — it could no longer reverse, it was shaking while driving on the highway, and the engine would sometimes randomly shut off while stopped at a red light.We needed the vehicle repaired as soon as possible, and they were able to complete the transmission replacement within only two days. Their pricing was also very competitive and actually cheaper than several other shops we contacted.What really stood out to us was the warranty. Some other places were only offering one to three months of warranty, while Mr. Transmission provided us with a full one-year warranty. That gave us a lot more confidence in the work they were doing.It has now been over three weeks since the repair, and the van has had absolutely zero problems. It honestly feels like a brand-new vehicle again.A huge thank you especially to Bobby, who helped us throughout the entire process. He was extremely professional, honest, and always kept us updated on what was happening with the vehicle. He clearly explained the issues and made the whole experience very easy for us.There was also another part on the vehicle that was broken and unrelated to the transmission problem. Bobby helped us replace it and only asked us to cover the cost of the part — he didn’t even charge us any labour for it. That really showed us that he genuinely cares about his customers.Thank you again to Bobby and the entire team at Mr. Transmission. Sanjay and his technician were great. The tech was very knowledgeable with many years of experience. He took the time to explain to me exactly what the problem was, and what needed to be done to fix it. Transmission work is typically very expensive and I felt the price for the job I was quoted was very fair. I recommend this Mr. Transmission shop.

Matt was such a great help! He took thr time to source the parts I needed and gave me some great advice along the way. It's noce to find an honest, reliable mechanic you can trust. I'll definitely be going back to Matt and his team for all my car needs!

The team went above and beyond from the moment my vehicle arrived, I worked mainly with Chris and then Ken but everyone I had contact with was amazing. I went to the Mister Transmission store #160, near Dixie/hwy401, to have the transmission inspected on my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and a sincere "how are you today". The inspection was thorough and the time was taken to explain the process and findings in detail. A report with pictures was also provided by email. Thank You to Jody, Aki, and the Technicians who took care of me!
