Dropped my truck off monday it was ready thrusday. I couldnt afford my repair i knew it was goimg to be expensive going in. They help me find a wicked finacing deal i could afford . They spent hours and hours helping me find my best option amd cheapest . Buddy behind the desk i am bad with names dude sorry u and i talked everyday i still forget your name maybe joe. Also cam i remember csuse i have your name writen down. But thanks guys i am going to get my daughter saftly to kingston this weekend because of u. Recommend tbis place 100 percent over that other transmission shop in PETERBOROUGH. No run around and honest thanks again guys.

First of all a huge thank you to Julie for all of her help and expertise when dealing with the transmission rebuild on our Dodge Grand Caravan. She is very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with. I wish all business's had staff like her. We had a great experience at Mr. Transmission and I will definately refer my friends. The mechanics were very quick to diagnose and only recommened what was needed. They were great in keeping us up to date with the progress of our repair. Giorgio really knows what he’s doing. While other shops were quick to suggest an expensive transmission rebuild on my Buick Lucerne, he actually took the time to assess the problem properly. He confidently explained that the transmission was fine and that the real issue was a misfire—and he was completely right. He saved me a lot of money and unnecessary hassle. Highly recommend him.

When you have internal issues you see a “specialist not a general practitioner” I needed a specialists for my transmission and the staff here are definitely special and caring there work and the efforts above and beyond! Jen so very helpful and thankfully she is very patient ;) I recommend them if you’re ever in need of any specializing!!
