serviced my ol' domestic x-over. made me read up on the matter. got to appreciate the complexity of hydraulics & kinetics involved in the transmission system. these gents parent-&-son can listen, relate/empathize, perform & deliver. doing the replacement itself is extremely tedious. a personalized approach they both do. Ken, an ex-aviator hobbyist, & his son Chris, a hands-on specialist, are like 2 gears in synchrony (some comments are a bit mean). read the way they reply to the negatives - tells me their character. professionals. I took my 2020 BMW 330i to Dan at Mr. Transmission after BMW tried asking me to pay a great deal of money to fix my rear differential seals. Dan was more than nice enough to not only change 1 but both seals for way less than BMW was asking for to do one seal. I then asked Dan to hide my dashcam wire and to my surprise for no extra charge it was done. I am extremely happy with the services and prices from Mr Transmission staff as well as Dan. This will be my new mechanic shop for all my vehicles. I was always under the impression that they only did transmission, oh to my surprise... Best service ever!!! It has been 2 weeks since my service and there isn't any issue. 👍🏽 Thanks guys!!!
