I went there thinking I had a transmission with my car and they checked my car out for free no charge and turns it wasn't my transmission at all it was something with my engine great honest place Dan was very professional I highly recommend this place

Took a while, which wouldn’t have been a problem, except my life is heavily reliant on the vehicle in question. That said, I’m very happy with Mark and his team. They really pulled through within my budget and did and exceptional job of walking me through the process. Thanks so much for getting me back on the road!

I almost fell off of my chair when Mitsubishi Newmarket told me a needed a completely new clutch assembly ($3K+) when we took it in for an oil change. The clutch went soft that morning, but never any slippage. I called Mister Transmission in Markham and happened to speak with Ken. His kind mannerism and knowledge on the subject made me bring it in to him for a second opinion. The clutch had lost pressure due to a faulty Master Cylinder. It was still an expensive repair, but only 1/3 of the cost quoted from Mitsubishi. It is this kind of honesty the industry needs. Thank you Ken!

This store is under new ownership, Aki Sahaye is the store manager. They are working and ensuring this location meets up to the expectations of Mister Transmission. David Rinella was the old manager/owner of the franchise, he is the one that caused NUMEROUS ISSUES and thankfully Aki worked with me and sorted everything out. Aki is professional and you can be sure this location is running smoothly. Head Office of Mister Transmission is aware of what the previous owners/management has done. They will hopefully be investigating the Mister Transmission at Jane and Lawrence, so no one else is taken advantage of!! Good Job Aki Sahaye, thank you for righting the wrongs!! We will be back!!

It's hard to find an honest reliable garage or mechanic these days, but the guys over at Mister Transmission are amazing. After being told by Quantrills that it would cost $1800 and a 12 hour job just to look and find the issue with my truck I decided to go to Mr Transmission and they had my truck in and out within 1 day and my final repair bill was just over $700. Which I am VERY happy with!! If you have an issues call Trevor. Great person to deal with and very friendly.
