I recently brought my 2021 Hyundai Palisade SUV to Mr. Transmission Maple Ridge, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Kyle and his team provided a free electronic diagnostic to properly check the vehicle and identify the issue.What really impressed me was their honesty. Instead of recommending unnecessary repairs, Kyle clearly explained everything and honestly suggested only a transmission fluid change and engine oil service. No pressure, no upselling — just straightforward and professional advice.After the service, my Palisade is running perfectly smooth. I took my car (2019 Dodge Caravan) on a Tuesday a they were very courteous and they were able to turn it around by the following day. I was also provided with a guarantee of a warrantee for 1 year and was told if I do run into any problems they will honor their services with no charge. The team was very friendly. I had a transmission issue with my Passat where there was hard shifting while switching between P-R-N-D. I initially took it to "EV Garage" in Dartmouth; they gave me a quote for $1,500 and even charged me just for the estimate! Later, I reached out to Mister Transmission since those guys are pros in transmission work. Jordan inspected my car and said it could be fixed for $320 and BOOM, they did it!It is so rare to find such honest guys in the automotive industry. I would highly recommend them as the one-stop destination for all your transmission needs. They were a total lifesaver for me!

It is never good news when something is wrong with your transmission - but if something is unavoidably wrong and you must deal with it, I would recommend going to Mister Transmission on Pembina. Extremely helpful, I felt I was in good hands from start to finish, they gave me as many options as possible - one of the fellas even stood out in some -26 wind chill with his bare hands to help me with something under the hood (completely unrelated to the transmission!) after the fact. They go above and beyond here.

I brought my Honda in for a dual clutch replacement and was very impressed with the service. The vehicle was completed the same day, and it drives like new. The mechanics did excellent work, and the manager was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s not easy to find a shop that delivers this level of quality and customer service. Highly recommended.
