A quick trip to Mister Transmission in Edmonton recently saved me over $12,000. I was told my transmission was leaking by a dealership. They wanted to replace everything with OEM parts at astronomical pricing. I chose to get a second opinion at Mister Transmission, they quickly diagnosed a minor oil leak from around the filter. They also cut my service charge in half due to the simple diagnosis. Thanks again!

I had the pleasure of meeting Roma. I brought my mother in laws car in with a transmission issue. Roma took the time and care to diagnose my issue before providing me with a quote. Although we did not get our car serviced there due to our availability. Roma’s customer service was top notch. After the inspection he did not try to upsell me or pressure me into fixing the vehicle. I explained that my Mother in law is on a fixed income and won’t be able to fix the vehicle immediately as we may just have to sell it as is. Roma understood my situation and just told me to give him a call when we are ready, and handed back my keys. This was a very good experience as his communication was very transparent. I also took a peek into his shop, it was surprisingly clean for a garage. I highly recommend talking to Roma for any transmission needs!

I had a great experience at this location of Mister Transmission. Around a month ago I brought my 2013 VW Jetta in since it was having what I initially thought was transmission/clutch related issues. They took an in-depth look at it and found out it was a different problem related with the engine. They didn't charge me at all for checking even though I insisted especially since they were super busy which I fully appreciate!

Today was a sad day because my car had to be junked because she’s old and her transmission died. The service I received from Mr. transmission in Calgary was amazing. They were thorough and thoughtful and kind and so helpful. Although the day didn’t end well for my car, it was not because of anything they did. I really appreciate the help the information and advice they gave me and they did it all for free. Dawn was amazing and Kris clearly knows his stuff. Thank you both.

Took my 2001 bmw to Mister Transmission for a shifting issue, Gary was great and easy to work with making an appointment. They communicated clearly with me on what they are working on the vehicle, quickly finding the issue. The part needed would have taken 4 weeks to arrive overseas so they fabricated a new one in-house to solve the issue! Highly recommend for any transmission issues to come here
