I recently had a transmission rebuild done at Mr. Transmission (Woodbridge, Rowntree Dairy Rd) Lorenzo and his team handled my vehicle and situation with the utmost professionalism and transparency, Providing me an accurate quote upfront after a free road test / Scanner diagnostic before even disassembling my transmission. Giving me timely and honest updates about the status of my vehicle’s repair while the service was being performed for the few days it was in the shop. Mister Transmission Woodbridge at 1000 Rowntree Dairy Road at Hwy 7 is phenomenal. I met with Lorenzo Biafore who explained to me what I needed to know about my vehicle. He listened tentatively as I explained what my vehicle is doing. He took my vehicle for a road test ride. And when we got back to the shop he provided me with a complete detailed report and detailed quote for the work needed. The service is exceptional, and their knowledge and expertise is incomparable. Their prices are reasonable and the work is exceptional. Thank you, Lorenzo Biafore and Dann Biafore, for your exceptional service. You guys "made me feel like a somebody". The owner was very polite and considerate. And did a great job on my car, it was a big job and he only had my car about 24 hours! Great mechanic!
