The first step in assessing your transmission involves your technician connecting the diagnostic equipment to your vehicle’s on-board computer. This will produce a code stating where the problem lies. Next, the vehicle is taken for a test drive so that we can monitor its behaviour in real-time. While more comprehensive and hands-on evaluations may yet be required, technology is an important tool in determining the right starting point for further investigations.

He listened tentatively as I explained what my vehicle is doing. He took my vehicle for a road test ride. And when we got back to the shop he provided me with a complete detailed report and detailed quote for the work needed. The service is exceptional, and their knowledge and expertise is incomparable.
