I brought my 2015 Scion tC to them the end of last year and it’s been a rough battle trying to figure out what’s wrong with my transmission but both Kyle and Rob have been super friendly and helpful throughout each time I’ve had to bring it back, I have no complaints at all as I know my car isn’t a very popular model so I’m sure it hasn’t been easy but they’ve taken such good care of me and my car. As well the hold music is very upbeat and great to listen when needed.

Was looking at doing some preventative maintenance on my transmission. Thought I was having some issues with the transmission so I wanted to get an assessment done. Turns out there was no issues found with the actual transmission. The service manager was open and honest with what they checked and was part of their free diagnostic. Would definitely return if I ever experience any issues in the future. Trustworthy team here at Mister Transmission.

I had to have my car towed to Mister Transmission as I got stuck in a parking lot and couldn't get it to shut off or switch into any gears. After waiting over 45 min in the extreme heat, and getting yelled at by ignorant people, my car was towed to Mister Transmission where Rob was waiting. This man is amazing!!! I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown, and Rob kept me calm, and was completely honest and transparent with me, he explained everything to me and when he would let me know what to expect. After leaving my car there and ubering home, Rob called 2 hours later to tell me they fixed my car and I could pick it up. They had other cars there and I wasn't expecting my car back until next week. Rob is a true blessing, and went above and beyond for me. I would recommend Rob and the team at Mister Transmission to anyone!!! Thank you for your honesty and hard work, it was truly appreciated.

On June 30th 2025 I was having such a horrible day. My boyfriend changed my transmission oil a few days prior. When I would reverse my car everything would shut off. 10 minutes to get out of a driveway is insane. The 30th of June i called Mister Transmission and Rob picked up and said I could drop my car off and he’d look into it. Rob and the man working with him were truly amazing. From the moment I walked into the building I was greeted. He didn’t try to con me as I am a female. Rob has a pure heart of gold. When my car was there it didn’t do any of the shutting off and they did every diagnosis test. I was beyond anxious and having a bad day Rob really calmed down and lightened the mood. Thank you Rob

Friendly and knowledgeable service. Rob was extremely friendly.

Extremely professional, honest and very friendly. Initially I thought I had an oil leak in my transmission and left my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe XL for a few hours to be inspected. They found out that although it looks like a transmission oil leak, in fact, it was the engine oil pressure switch issue. They could've charged me $200 just to look. They didn't charge me a dime and recommended reliable general mechanics in town. The Best service!
