My transmission completely died in Kanata in 2022 and I went to the closest transmission shop I could find and I am glad it was Mister Transmission! Changing the whole transmission was costly but necessary on my old 89 Camper Van. The staff was really kind and knowledgeable. After 2 years I had a new small issue (van could not reverse) and they were nice enough to inspect it for me and do a repair at no cost even if the warranty was done. I highly recommend this garage!

I can personally say I will be bringing all of my cars here in the future. The detail provided and effort these guys put in are extremely appreciated. Highly recommend this shop.

Had my truck break down at the beginning of the week when I needed it for the upcoming weekend, Kyle and his team were able to get me back on the road in three days. This shop knows what they’re doing and are very easy to deal with.

Unbelievable service from Kyle and crew. I called ahead with what I'd thought was a transmission leak, and even though they were really busy, and it was the end of the work day, they got my van in the bay immediately knowing I am a working musician on tour and needed the van to continue on to the next town . To not have it would have been a serious problem. I called Kyle around 8 the next morning and was told it was done. And it wasn't a transmission issue, but a small leak in the power steering line. So it was fixed, and, get this...Kyle refused, REFUSED!!!! to take my money. He said it was an easy fix and not charging me was "good karma." Please support this great business. Absolutely wonderful folks.

I had all driveline fluids exchanged, and two rear axle seals & wheel bearings replaced on my Nissan Frontier. Excellent service from Kyle & his team, all options were discussed beforehand, and they did a great job at a reasonable price. I know I saved a bunch compared to having the same work done at the dealership. In addition to the work I brought my truck in for, I had various squeaks and rattles from my undercarriage and suspension, which I planned to address later, so I didn't mention it to Kyle. When I got the truck back, all of the squeaks and rattles were gone, so the tech went above and beyond, and greased / lubed / tightened things while he was under there. My truck has never been quieter or smoother. I'd highly recommend this location, great team. Dave G
