I was on a long-distance trip when my transmission started having problems and on a friend’s recommendation, I took it to Mr. Transmission in Kanata. I explained that I was traveling and could not afford to wait in a hotel for days or weeks to get it fixed. Kyle and his colleagues went the extra mile to get it fixed as quickly as possible, and to help me navigate all the hurdles that the extended warranty company threw up to try to delay and avoid paying for the repairs. The service I received at Mr Transmission was top notch, attentive to my situation, and very professional. I am grateful to them for helping out a guy in a tough spot and getting me back on the road quickly!
