My hat is off to manager Gus. This was my first visit to a transmission specialist and I was terrified that I would have to remortgage the house to get my wife's 2011 Jeep Patriot fixed. She had been experiencing a host of problems so much so that she refused to drive it any further. When I self diagnosed the problem as the transmission, we both started to sweat. However, Gus is an actual mechanic and he found there to be no problem with the tranny! It was seized brakes, a much cheaper repair to be sure. He explained every little detail to me, used refurbished materials when they could be used and didn't break the bank! I would highly recommend the friendly folks at Scarborough's Mr. Transmission.

We were on our way to a trip noticed our truck heat up, they took us in right away checked it all out and made sure we were safe to go, hands down best service and highly recommend!
