I brought my 2012 Honda Civic in after another shop told me I needed a total transmission replacement. The car was in limp mode, wouldn't move in drive, and was revving erratically. Gus and Ray were amazing. They actually took the time to diagnose the real issue instead of just guessing. It turned out to be the accelerator pedal and a need for a transmission fluid service. These guys are great honestly there is nothing good about a failed transmission but they did everything possible to soften the blow. Service was fast and efficient gave me some options and helped try and make it affordable.

Dan was very helpful and thorough from the beginning. We called Monday morning and was told to bring our vehicle in and they would take a look. Only a couple hours later, we were advised that we needed the transmission rebuilt; followed up with some pictures. We gave the ok and was told it would be ready by Thursday!
