A real great experience deserves to be shared. The transmission repair service to my 2018 Ford F150 was second to none. I experienced patience, professionalism, absolutely great communication and a better than factory job done. Yulie kept me apprised throughout the process ( mine was a particularly challenging one). I could do with more "stars" to show my appreciation, 5 is just not enough. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I had a great experience with Uli and his team at the Queensway Etobicoke location. My 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe required a replacement transfer case and transmission and I was ready to sell it for parts but Uli presented me with different options allowing me to ultimately make an informed decision on an affordable used replacement. Uli and his team are consummate professionals, courteous and respectful. I will take my wife's newer Subaru here for transmission service in a heartbeat. Thank you, Uli and team!

I had the best experience with Mister Transmission at the Queensway. Uli took really good care of me and was very professional, kind and courteous. He was able to explain thoroughly what was the problem and gave me constant updates in terms of what was happening with my car. He took a hopeless situation with my car’s transmission (as stated by dealership) and fixed my car. It runs as good as new. John, the mechanic was very thorough as well. If you need your transmission done, please go to this location. As mentioned in another post, the owner and everyone at Mister Transmission are very honest and do a fantastic job. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thanks Uli!

The store is under new management. They fixed a problem in my car from a bad job that was done last year. My car was there a little longer then we expected but they did everything they could to fix it and we picked it up with the job done properly. Give Uli and Aki a try they are honest people. I called a few places before went there and they had a fare price.

This store is under new ownership, Aki Sahaye is the store manager. They are working and ensuring this location meets up to the expectations of Mister Transmission. David Rinella was the old manager/owner of the franchise, he is the one that caused NUMEROUS ISSUES and thankfully Aki worked with me and sorted everything out. Aki is professional and you can be sure this location is running smoothly. Head Office of Mister Transmission is aware of what the previous owners/management has done. They will hopefully be investigating the Mister Transmission at Jane and Lawrence, so no one else is taken advantage of!! Good Job Aki Sahaye, thank you for righting the wrongs!! We will be back!!

Dave and his team went way above the call of duty and helped us solve a complex problem in an old Volvo. They have been beyond fair, open and honest and competent. Amazing team.

I went to Mr transmission today. My car is 2019 nissan kicks. My car engine check light on and during the drive very shaking. This store manager aki, very nice guy. He explained everything detail and took out fan show me. He changed transmission oil right one and filter. He charged me only $500 fixed all my car problems. He is very honest guy. I recommend all ppl who have transmission problems, go to this store Meet him. You should be lucky and happy.
