Wes and crew did a great job tracking down and repairing an unusual transmission leak for me. Obviously knowledgeable, they were also persistent, adaptable, and skilled. Rather than rack up a huge bill without keeping me in the loop, Wes made sure to keep me informed and gave me the choice of continuing with previously unplanned (and potentially expensive) repairs or calling it a day. He was also very keen to make sure I understood exactly what had gone wrong and what was needed to fix it, and the extra effort he took to demystify the problem and the solution was very much appreciated. I hope that I won’t need any more transmission repairs in the future, but if I do I would not hesitate even for a second to bring it directly to this crew. Top marks!

I thought my transmission was going.(it had been slipping) so I took it to Mr Transmission on Centennial spoke to Dan. I was in absolute hysterics! Dan calmed me down and told me not to worry he would take care of it. When he came back he told me all it needed transmission fluid. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the honesty and understanding. I'm sure I wasn't the first person nor the last to come in loosing their cool. I will recommend Mr Transmission to anyone . Brought my car in because it was leaking transmission fluid. These guys were great !

They did me a solid by changing the oil and putting on winter tires for me. It isn't what they normally do but they helped me out nonetheless. I had previously taken my car there to get my transmission fixed as I had unwittingly purchased a lemon and they fixed the transmission so well that the car purrs on the road now. It's a dream.

I only called to make an appt. & got a diagnosis by phone on the weekend. Very helpful, and generous support! Good on you!

Great service and a good job. Had my transmission rebuilt here after other places were not able to do it and dealer wanted crazy money.These guys saved me money and it’s been a couple months and it works like when it was new. I will recommend Mister Transmission in Barrie.
