I was referred to MT Pickering location by my mechanic for my 2015 Pathfinder T Case problem. Ken and his team did a wonderful job in replacing the T Case and returned my vehicle on time as promised. Best part was when I had to take the car back for some issues indirectly related to the T Case replacement job done by MT. Ken and Chris provided the best client experience to fix these issues at no additional charge. I took my car for about a 1000 km ride recently and did not have any problems. Good timely service, transmission rebuilt in 3 days, price was fair and performance is good again. I noticed a small drip the following week and we put it on the hoist to discover transfer case seal was the source of the dripping. The transfer case wasn't part of the job but it was removed to service the transmission. Ken ordered a seal as I waited and installed it two days later at no charge, awesome. The shop blew me away when they diagnosed my lack of 4WD and found a bad vacuum actuator. I tried to pay for the diagnostics and they would not take my money. I can't remember the last time I got a freebie at a shop. Highly recommend Ken, Chris and the staff

I had a leak of what appeared to be transmission fluid and dropped in to see if the leak could be identified. Ken managed to squeeze me in and one of his technicians put my Corolla up on the hoist and diagnosed the problem in minutes. The problem was quickly resolved and I was on my way. Ken and staff are very friendly, professional, and skilled. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again should the need arise. Thanks guys!!

First experience with Mister Transmission, and I was very impressed from the moment I called and inquired about an appointment. I was greeted by Ken at the shop, and we took a test drive to see if I should've been worried. He assured me I was fine but also helped price out some transmissions on the off chance something went wrong. I like the fact that he was open and honest and didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. I hope not to go back, but if I have a transmission issue, I know I'll come here.
