I recently had a transmission problem and everyone I spoke to told me the vehicle isn’t worth repairing as the transmission was done, it was a write off. Until I spoke with Ken and his team. They made me feel comfortable and confident that I didn’t need a repair that I can’t exactly afford. They were the only ones to really listen to my description of the issue and ensured me that it can be fixed and not to panic. The honesty and integrity this business showed me is so refreshing. I'm pretty sure we'll be coming back for full servicing of the transmission issue with our vehicle. Our mechanic sent us to Mr T to have a look and see what's going on with what appeared to be slowly leaking transmission fluid. Ken and his team had the car on the hoist a couple of times. First time for a look-see and removal of the transmission pan, second time for the bad news of a small leak. While it appears to be a minor issue, and we were offered a alternate temporary solution, they did not charge us for the diagnosis. I could not believe the politeness and knowledge of the 3 staff (from the mechanic on up to owner). Wonderful service. Sad diagnosis, but wonderful treatment of this customer. Had a Ford Fusion 2007. Went to 2 other shop both said the transmission needed to be replaced and would go anytime... with little to no investigation done...just base on what I was complaining about. Some referred me to Ken. He ask me to leave the car with him over night so he could drive it and see what's going on. The next he told me transmission was good and doesn't need replacing. I had normal service done and I owned the car for another 9yrs NO Transmission issues. Since then I've taken my mom car to have transmission service. And TODAY I am here getting my E320 transmission service... I Live in Toronto....nobody else will look at my transmission or my family Transmission once Ken is around. When you find a honest mechanic never let them go... 😀 NEVER

My transmission was leaking real bad and the pan under it had a hole. I called several places and no one would squeeze me in. Ken though saw the urgency of it and squeeze me in that same week and fixed my issue. Only waited 2 days. Great service and honesty.

Was advised I needed a rebuilt transmission. 2008 Chevy Uplander with 355 thousand K.Had been previously rebuilt 2012 by Ken and his great mechanics at 155 thousand K.Dropped off the Chev van on Tuesday afternoon and the van was ready at Noon Friday.Ken went out of his way to ensure that I could get the van before the weekend as the van is required for my work.After two days of driving all seems great.Would highly recommend this shop and Ken.

Ken and his crew did another wonderful job for me. He was able to source a hard to find driveshaft for my vehicle and get me back on the road quickly and at a very fair price.
