Roma is such a good man i own a 92 Camaro and doing a transmission service at the other private mechanics shop but been sitting there over couple weeks i was frustrating at that moment and though my car is in a wrong place and worng hands and i saw this shop during i driving home with disappointed so i stop by and ask this Mr transmission shop to see any others options that i can choice .. i meet Roma there and he was very friendly an patient to me and listen on my situation he told me he will on my back if the other shop cannot deal on my Camaro or more delay without reason he released my stress with his conference and support but finally i am lucky got my Camaro back on today and looks like the job is complete but in the future if my Camaro need any transmission or others service i definitely choose this place before i go anywhere.. thank you Roma i am appreciated

I had the pleasure of meeting Roma. I brought my mother in laws car in with a transmission issue. Roma took the time and care to diagnose my issue before providing me with a quote. Although we did not get our car serviced there due to our availability. Roma’s customer service was top notch. After the inspection he did not try to upsell me or pressure me into fixing the vehicle. I explained that my Mother in law is on a fixed income and won’t be able to fix the vehicle immediately as we may just have to sell it as is. Roma understood my situation and just told me to give him a call when we are ready, and handed back my keys. This was a very good experience as his communication was very transparent. I also took a peek into his shop, it was surprisingly clean for a garage. I highly recommend talking to Roma for any transmission needs!
