He carefully communicated all my vehicle symptoms and concerns to the other shop on my behalf.Bobby and his partner were gentlemanly, friendly and extremely patient throughout the whole process. He provided a transparent upfront estimate before starting any work, explained everything honestly and never pushed unnecessary expensive part replacements. I had a great experience at this location. Roma was wonderful to talk to and he was very transparent about my options about clutch work for my car. They were very accommodating with my questions and took the time to give me updates about part and labor timing/costs. Everyone I interacted with was kind and courteous, and in the end my car came back feeling brand new!
