I must give a shout out to Paul, despite my reluctance to address some rattling sounds, Paul not only went out of his way but quickly identified and fixed additional problems that other shops had overlooked and dismissed. If there was a ten star option they would receive it from us. We recently had transmission problems with our car. We contacted Mr Transmission and spoke with Kyle. He was polite empathetic and professional. He never once pushed to try and upswell us. This is a modern business with old school morals. Definitely recommend this business. The transmission on my high mileage rav died on the road so I took it in here to get it looked at. Faced with a several thousand dollar bill no matter what O chose to do was daunting. Kyle kept me informed all the way through to me making my final decision on what to do, he made several inquiries on my behalf and walked me through all the options. In the end, I didn’t go with transmission rebuild which would have been good revenue for them and Kyle was still professional and courteous on the phone. I don’t know about the quality of work but as far as customer service goes, the whole experience here was very good. I would take my vehicle back if/when needed.

Great and honest people, just got my transmission work done and brake change, felt good with all the great help from Staff but specially the sunny who tried to give me the best prices he could, he worked hard figuring out the best way to do it , kept me up to date all the time and advised me the best way to go. Got my vehicle back and it is running better than ever! I Would definitely recommend this shop to everyone! Thanks guys, awesome experience

My told me that the transmission needed to be serviced in order for them to check it. Witch make sense but to check it they ask me for 1000 dollars. I said no, and casually walking to mister transmission to ask if they could take look. This guy's are extremely professional, the manager even took the time to go out with me in the car to check it. They put my car on the hoist and show me that there was no problem and where the sounds the sounds I was hearing came from. And explained in detail it all come together and what I can do to make it run for longer. At the end they didn't even charged me😭 even tho I wanted to pay!. Couldn't have been more relieved.
