Had an excellent experience at this shop. Brought it to my dealership for a suspected transmission problem (shuddering) and they recommended rebuilding it. Came here for a 2nd opinion and they found the problem was actually just a warped brake calliper. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I took my truck to the dealership when my transmission on my truck was acting up… the quote I got was astronomical! Someone told me to take it here and not only did I find out I didn’t need to replace everything the dealership told me to but I went from looking at an $8k quote to a $2500 quote as they only replaced what was needed. What a relief! They were so transparent and honest, kept me updated every step of the way, fixed it without me having to make another appointment to come back and now my truck is running as good as it used to! Brought my 2010 forester to Mr. Transmission as I was experiencing torque binding from the transmission. Despite there was some communications issues and was brought to their attention, they made everything right for me the customer and felt like I was treated fairy and my Subaru is working well. I will for sure come back for my servicing needs when it comes to transmission problems. Good honest service!

I was having shuddering issues at low speeds and RPM fluctuations while driving on the highway. I took my car to the dealership, and even though it had only around 80,000 km, they said it was no longer under warranty. They told me the torque converter was the problem and quoted me about $3,000 for labor alone, plus a couple thousand more for parts. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from Mister Transmission. They inspected my car for free, including a test drive and diagnosis, while the dealership wanted to charge me $200 just for diagnostics. After they serviced my car, it runs like new again no more shuddering and no more RPM fluctuations. The best part is that I paid less than $1,000, saving thousands of dollars. It was money well spent. I 100% recommend this place. They are honest, professional, and don't try to upsell unnecessary repairs.
