The front office staff are lovely. I had a great time talking to them while I was waiting for my vehicle. When I got my vehicle back there were two greasy hand prints on the inside of the driver\'s door. It is very important to me that my vehicle is very clean. I did call the shop to let them know about the hand prints and to please kindly ask the tech that worked on my vehicle to please be mindful of people\'s vehicles. The morning after I had the service on my vehicle there was fluid in my driveway under the engine, it looked to me like transmission fluid. My vehicle does not leave spots in my driveway. It is a work truck so it is very important to me that it doesn\'t leave stains in my customer\'s driveway\'s either. I call the shop and they told me to bring the vehicle out. I did, they quickly brought it into the shop, put it up on the hoist and determined that it was residual fluid from the fluid change, not a leak. I will keep an eye on my driveway for additional fluid. When I spoke to Jordan on the phone about the greasy hand prints on the phone he was kind and understanding. When I was at the shop to have the fluid checked everyone at the front office was very nice but no one apologized for the fluid in my driveway or for the time it took from my day to go back out to their shop. After paying $29.98 plus HST for Parts Cleaner and having two issues arise from a lack of cleaning I am a little disappointed. I will mention both of these items to people if Mr. Transmission comes up in conversation. As someone who runs a business if I make a mistake I apologize profusely and offer a discount to make up for my mistake.
I had a issue with my vehicle having a a hard shifting while shifting from P_R_N_D, I\'ve consulted one of the reputated garage in Dartmouth they had gave me an estimate of $1500 and charged me $150 for just giving an estimate, Later I reached out to Mister Transmission Jordan inspected my car and said its the T8 Plug issue can be fixed in $300 and boom he made it. A life saver for me.
Mister Transmission saved me thousands of dollars in the repair of a solenoid in my transmission, where 3 other auto shops insisted I needed a whole new transmission. They got my car in quickly and they did the repair in a very timely manner. The staff were great to work with, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well with me.
Customer service are awesome and were reaching out to me and update on the car as I left it at the shop until the part is arrived.
