So I just purchased a 2015 Evoque . There was nothing wrong with the trans , I just wanted to do any required maintence . The manager told me that Range Rover does not recomend any fluid change . Now he could have told me that , YES he could change the filter and fluid and bill me $500.00 plus , but he did'nt , he told me the truth , which I might add does not happen to often anymore . I highly recommend this business , and it's not hard to understand the reason why they have been in business so long . Thank You -SIR, for your honesty

I apologize up front if I get long winded. I want to be as objective as possible. There are different views on everything, depending which angle are you looking at it from. And of course on your eyesight and your positive or negative personality. I don’t want to canonize or put angel wings on Al but if anyone deserves it he would be on top or close to the top of the list. Honesty and determination [stubborn] are his trademarks. We are in our early 80’s. Our car broke down 450 km from home. Don’t read it wrong. It was 38 days of stressful, sleepless nights, as much for him as for us. At times on the verge of losing hope. BUT 38 days later we have our car running like a gold medal winner marathon runner. He never gave up on fixing it or on us, making sure we had a vehicle to get around. Hopefully we won't see him again in a customer capacity but a lot as friends. [any time we’re driving by Barrie] AND just to mention; at no time ever, were there any harsh words exchanged.
