I was having transmission problems with my Ford pickup truck. Called mr transmission and Jason got me in right away. They had a diagnosis the next day and I went ahead with the work. Jason was great to deal with. Good communication and im happy with the service.

I have waited a full year to leave a fair review.Got me a 2018 Ford F150 with that faulty 10 speed that started to act up. I called 2 or 3 transmission shops that quoted thousands above, 1 nearly doubled what this shop quoted and 1 shops that said they will not work on this transmission... unbelievable..lol.Took it to Mr. Transmission and got it rebuilt. This truck runs like new now, better than new imo. I even went to test drive a newer 2020 model with much lower kms to compare and that one didn't shift as well as my 2018.Amazing transmission shop!Thank you!!

I had a fantastic experience with this team! They are incredibly skilled, efficient, and truly go above and beyond. My caravan had major issues, including a complicated transmission problem, and they took the time to thoroughly diagnose everything with great attention to detail.What really stood out was their transparency and communication throughout the entire process. Excellent service!! I mostly dealt with Jason, a pleasure to deal with. Throughout the time that our van was at the shop Jason kept open communication with us. He answered all of our questions, was always polite and pleasant. They fixed the issue with our van on a timely manner, and there were no extra surprises at time of payment. I totally recomment them. Overall, best service I have been provided with in a long time. Jason helped me with my transmission issue. I had my vehicle at the dealership which told me $12,000 for a repair. I then had the vehicle towed to Mr. transmission. Jason and his crew did a free multi point inspection and found the exact issue and And they fixed it up for me and got it moving once again thank you to Jason and your team at Mr. transmission for providing a well trustworthy service. Much appreciated. Definitely will be recommending to anybody who wants proper transmission service.

Excellent service from Jason! Very knowledgeable and explained my issues clearly. Zero fee diagnostic. Advised it was not a transmission issue and told me bring to a trusted mechanic. Would highly recommend if you think you are experiencing any transmission issues.

They are worthy of your trust!!! My car was acting up and I thought it was the transmission and my car (2017 elantra 160000km) is halfway through it life so I would believe it if they came back and said you need to rebuild it. After my inspection I had the pleasure of meeting Jason an absolute legend!! He gave me the good news my transmission was fine and even gave me his two cents on what he thought it could be. For a free inspection they put my mind at ease and earned my trust. I 100% will becoming back and encourage everyone to go here . Had my car break down called a few other transmission place and was dismissed and told there was a 2 to 4 week wait time. I called Mr. Transmission and spoke to Jason he immediately said he would fit me in and look at my car, he called with the problem and a solution and had my car fixed and back to me next day.
