Took my VW Jetta here because it was having some problems, they did a free diagnostic and test drive and figured out my issue very quickly. They were super friendly and helpful, and I will definitely bring my vehicles here again in the future. Added bonus, they have an adorable dog to keep you company as they check out your vehicle.

I Almost broke down on highway 403 and ended up making it to mr transmission with the car. They diagnosed that there was no trans damage. It was somthing else causing the lights to come on, car to stall and lose power. They also recommended another garage close by and called for an appointment on my behalf for another auto garage to preform the work that needs to be done. Thank you mr transmission and thank you for not charging me for running your tests.

Service was excellent had my pickup fixed and back on the road in three days cost was expensive double of what I thought but then I never asked for a quote just wanted my truck fixed no complaints with the staff they were helpful

My car was shaking when accelerating, progressively worsening over the past 2 years. 3 mechanics could not figure it out. Lexus dealer couldn't figure it out and ultimately misdiagnosed the issue. Ken figured it out immediately. Turns out my Lexus's "lifetime" transmission oil needed changing. Once Ken did it the shaking stopped immediately! Seems so simple retrospectively. I appreciated Ken's honesty. Only issue I had is that my emails and voice messages went unanswered, so only way to reach them is to call during business hours. Otherwise I wouldn't hesitate to come here again in the future or recommend them.
