Their price was much better than the dealership quote. They called me regularly with updates, which I appreciated. Finished in a timely fashion. Gave a discount on a rental vehicle. There was nothing that bothered me about my transmission service. Nothing but positive experiences.
Great Service. Told me the problem, gave me some options and I picked the one that fit best for the age of vehicle, and amount I wanted to spend. Vehicle serviced when they said it would be. Overall; good experience.
The staff at Mistertransmission in Woodstock were absolutely amazing!! The gentleman who did the repairs on my vehicle even made sure that when I picked it up, he came into the lobby area to show me the part that was broken and had been replaced since he knew that I didn't understand what he was talking about on the phone when he called to tell me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. The lady at reception was super friendly and very helpful at getting my vehicle towed to their location. I would definitely go there in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know!
