Giving me timely and honest updates about the status of my vehicle’s repair while the service was being performed for the few days it was in the shop. He listened tentatively as I explained what my vehicle is doing. He took my vehicle for a road test ride. And when we got back to the shop he provided me with a complete detailed report and detailed quote for the work needed. The service is exceptional, and their knowledge and expertise is incomparable.
