Returning customer. Brought in my vehicle as the clutch pedal was feeling soft. They fixed my vehicle the next day and got me back on the road. They were prompt, professional and communicative. Highly recommended if you need any transmission work done.

This place has great reviews for a reason! Another garage had told me I needed a new transmission but I brought my car here for a second opinion and they were honest in letting me know the real issue (a much less expensive issue thankfully!). They were able to fix it within the day and my car runs as good as new again. Very kind people who offer reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

My 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali was brought to Mister Transmission after dealing with 2 previous shops that failed to get me back on the road due to a transmission replacement. I had a claim opened through my extended warranty (Global Warranty) for this, which had started at Aravelt Auto. After receiving 2 used transmissions (1st was damaged, 2nd was installed but was clunking/shifting hard), 2.5 months of waiting, my truck was still not fixed. Global sends me to JB, which was another nightmare(head over to their review section to read my experience). Almost 3 months now and still no repair.. I decided to bring it to Mister Transmission, explained my situation/frustration, and they took care of me by delivering great customer service/ honesty with expectation. Dealt with Darren and Blair, who were both fantastic. Blair explained the technical/mechanical aspects of these transmissions and what to expect during the "learning process" of the new transmission installed. In 6 days, they had their own diagnosis completed, a quote sent to warranty, approval, a new transmission ordered, installed, and ready to go. 100% recommend using Mister Transmission. After this experience, my extended warranty company (Global), moved Mister Transmission to the top of their list for recommended Transmission specialist in Winnipeg. The work they did, the communication with Global Warranty, and the customer service delivered to me were all key factors that put this shop above the previous ones I had dealt with. Truck drives great now! Hopefully, I don't have any transmission problems, but if I do, I will be coming only to Mister Transmission. 100% recommended to anyone seeking professional/ quality work + quality customer service.

These guys did an amazing job, I just crashed my mustang today (not at fault) but they did the clutch not long ago and that old 2006 car drove like brand new, they had it towed in and fixed within 4 days for a fair price, too bad it's gone now but if you need a clutch done these guys will take care of you, thank you guys helping me drive her like in it's prime for the time being :)
