Denise was amazing- thank you for getting us out of a jam and for going above and beyond even over a long weekend. From the moment the car was looked at to the moment it was ready for pick up was less the 48h - and that includes the 14h of labour !! Thank you so much !!

My first interaction with Shawn over the phone was outstanding. He clearly explained he was aware of the TCU problem with the B200 CVT and they would be able to resolve the issue. I visited Shawn in the office and we further established the service/customer relationship. I was very pleased with the service that was provided and I will recommend to others. As long as the CVT TCU continues to work problem free, I will be extremely pleased with the outstanding work.

I recently had my vehicle in for service with Whitby transmission. I had originally spoke with Denise who knew exactly what I wanted to have looked at. I booked it in for the initial look over, and they said that the they would be able to rebuild, not replace the unit. Honesty, who knew that existed anymore? Once the vehicle was ready, the bill was actually less than the original quote. A nice surprise. If you ever need transmission work done, and are hesitant, don’t be with Whitby transmission. Denise, Lee and the crew are honest straightforward people.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Denise who was so professional, patient and indescribably kind. Not only did she take the time to detail what my car needed and how long it would take, they took the time to provide alternate cost efficient options. A huge thank you to...

A huge thank you to Denise and Shawn for their honesty and integrity. Went to their shop expecting to need a torque converter, after the dealership "diagnosed" the problem. Shawn ran his own tests and found that the problem was something else entirely, unrelated to the transmission. Didn't charge a dime and saved me big $$$ on a repair that wasn't needed. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if I ever DO need transmission work.

Got my car towed not...
