I would first like to say the customer service and Mister Transmission is none like I have ever experienced. I had the pleasure of speaking with Denise who was so professional, patient and indescribably kind. Not only did she take the time to detail what my car needed and how long it would take, they took the time to provide alternate cost efficient options. For those looking for transmission repairs , I promise you you will find no better!!!

I was referred to this location by another customer, who assured me they would be honest with me and do a great job. He was right! I dealt with Denise mostly and she was fabulous. Answered all our questions and really helped us to understand things better. So incredibly lovely and we wouldn’t hesitate to take our cars there in future. I would definitely send my friends and family there too!

A huge thank you to Denise and Shawn for their honesty and integrity. Went to their shop expecting to need a torque converter, after the dealership "diagnosed" the problem. Shawn ran his own tests and found that the problem was something else entirely, unrelated to the transmission. Didn't charge a dime and saved me big $$$ on a repair that wasn't needed. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if I ever DO need transmission work.

Got my car towed not drivable at 1pm and picked it up at 5 pm driving perfectly and drove home with a smile on my face. 10/10 cant recommend more.

I went to Mister Transmission Whitby because my vehicle was showing signs that the transmission might be going. I honestly thought I was losing my transmission, but it turned out to just be a leak.From the beginning, the service was amazing. Denise who I spoke with over the phone was incredibly professional and so nice. She kept me updated throughout the process and made everything feel a lot less stressful.This was my first time going there, and my experience was honestly great. I was greeted kindly, and everyone was helpful and respectful.I would 100% recommend this place if you’re having transmission issues.Overall, it’s a solid place to take your vehicle. I’m really glad I chose them! P.S the recommendation came from Jiffy Lube.

Quick and good service. It costs an arm and a leg but I hope we saved the transmission which would've been multiple times the repair cost.
