The shop foreman of the Whitby location is a great guy and I felt I could trust him. He knew exactly what was wrong and took only a few days to acquire the necessary parts and rebuild my M6HA transmission. It has been a while now and the transmission is still holding up strong. I wished he offered to replace the rear main seal while he had the transmission off my 18 year old car since i feel it has started leaking recently. I also wished he had researched and offered upgraded internal components that I have recently learned is available for my transmission. I would rate 8/10.

Denise went above and beyond my expectations in regards to customer service, honesty and kindness. I didn't think businesses provided this level of professionalism and honesty these days. Denise was extremely understanding, thorough, punctual, knowledgeable, kind and empathetic to my situation, that I was pleasantly surprised and amazed by the customer service that she provided me. Aside from getting what I needed done for my vehicle, her warmth and honesty is what would bring me back to this business as well as referrals I would undoubtedly put forth to anyone that needs to service their vehicle. Denise and Shawn were amazing to deal with. They stayed in touch with us as they worked on the car keeping us posted on what was wrong. So friendly and approachable I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
