This is my experience with Whitby Mr. Transmission. I spoke to Denise over the phone and dropped off my 2019 Nissan to have them look at a leak. It was suggested that I bring back my vehicle to the previous repair shop so that I do not have to pay anything extra. Denise went above & beyond, their team called the other shop informing them of the problem as I do not know much about vehicle repairs/parts. Denise was soo helpful , I cannot thank her enough. When you do not know where to turn, and you come across genuine people who actually LISTEN to your concern, it means a lot. Splendid Customer Service. You are an awesome soul Denise !

I do home inspections for a living and have roof racks on my van so tricky finding a rental. Transmission fails on my caravan. Took my van in Monday and explained my situation to Shawn…. Amazing experience from start to finish. Denise, who handled my call and my concerns was excellent at explaining the process and helping me with my concerns. Drop off was smooth and easy.I felt listen to with my concerns and reassured that they would help me. By the end of the appointment they couldn't find the actual problem but I feel confident that the car is safe to drive and when the problem gets exasperated that I will definitely take the car back to mister transmission.

Communication was fantastic right off the bat. They walked through what the diagnosing process would be over the phone, and I was given a timeline of when I could expect the results. They stuck to that timeline, and gave me much better news than I was expecting. Good people doing good work, which is a breath of fresh air in the automotive world!

Denise and crew are 100% professional, and extremely helpful. I had my 2015 Nissan Micra towed in on a Monday morning for rotted out, leaking transmission lines. After finding out from Nissan, the parts are no longer available, they came up with a fix, refilled the transmission to the correct level, and had it back to me Tuesday afternoon, all at a very reasonable price. It'll be the last Nissan I'll ever buy, but I'd definitely use Mister Transmission again. Thanks everyone.

Denise and Shawn were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The price, and turn around time was incredible. My truck was towed to this location on a Thursday afternoon and the transmission was replaced and finished by Friday 2pm. They checked all my fluids, etc. After dealing with a complete nightmare with the GM dealership and one of the worst weeks of my life. Denise honestly helped us out a ton and I couldnt be more appreciative. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!
