A huge thank you to Denise and Shawn for their honesty and integrity. Went to their shop expecting to need a torque converter, after the dealership "diagnosed" the problem. Shawn ran his own tests and found that the problem was something else entirely, unrelated to the transmission. Didn't charge a dime and saved me big $$$ on a repair that wasn't needed. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if I ever DO need transmission work.

Got my car towed not drivable at 1pm and picked it up at 5 pm driving perfectly and drove home with a smile on my face. 10/10 cant recommend more.

I went to Mister Transmission Whitby because my vehicle was showing signs that the transmission might be going. I honestly thought I was losing my transmission, but it turned out to just be a leak.From the beginning, the service was amazing. Denise who I spoke with over the phone was incredibly professional and so nice. She kept me updated throughout the process and made everything feel a lot less stressful.This was my first time going there, and my experience was honestly great. I was greeted kindly, and everyone was helpful and respectful.I would 100% recommend this place if you’re having transmission issues.Overall, it’s a solid place to take your vehicle. Quick and good service. It costs an arm and a leg but I hope we saved the transmission which would've been multiple times the repair cost.

Very nice and friendly people. I had very good experience with them. It was so helpful, inspecting and identifying the transmission problem of my car, giving me suggestions. Although it was not worth to replace the transmission of my car, in future if I need to fix my car problem, I will call them and go with mister transmission Whitby if they can do the job.
