Shuttle or Rental Car

I had a great experience with Mister Transmission. Before doing any work on my Nissan Murano, they did a complimentary scan and test drive to check the transmission and make sure everything looked good. That gave me confidence to move forward with the transmission fluid change service.They booked me in quickly, were very professional and communicative throughout the process, and took their time to do the job properly. John worked on the car and Mohammed at the front desk was very helpful and honest. They also gave me a very fair price for the service, which I appreciated.It’s been about two weeks since the transmission fluid service and the car has been driving perfectly with no issues at all. Highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for honest and knowledgeable transmission specialists.

Called to book an appointment few days prior, I came in with the part and needed a seized bolt removed, possibly drilled and tapped. They got to it the next day, and only charged me 1 hour of labour. Very pleased and will be returning for major transmission work in the future. Highly recommend them. (Toyota Tundra 2012)

Excellent service done on the time line discussed

had a transmission replaced recently. Customer service was better than just good. Dealt with Mohamad front desk. Explained what my options where appreciated that . I would give the whole shop 8 out of 10 .

Got multiple quotes from other shops telling me I had to replace entire transmission for $11,000. These guys assessed the situation quickly, found the actual problem and replaced it in 2 days for $4200. Would recommend going there for anything transmission related

I was a mechanic for decades, and know good customer service when I see it. First I spoke to manager? Aki...VERY informative and personable Followed up by going for a. free transmission assessment with John. I am not known for praising people....but John was flat out exceptional! My ONLY complaint is I can't get ANYWHERE NEAR this level of service at most businesses these days. The service I got at Mr. Transmission on the queensway is the same service I gave customersc when I was a mechanic....and why they followed me around! Until I met John...I thought that level of service had gone extinct! Overjoyed to know it still exists!

The staff were friendly and very thorough in outlining my vehicles problems and what steps were needed to address the problems. They stuck with their promised timelines though clearly very busy in the shop. Soecial thumbs up for Muhammed and how he explained issues and options for me.
