The manager was extremely helpful, the staff were curteous and prompt with the service. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience at the Dixie Rd outlet.

Overall Great Customer Service. They did it within a timely matter. I will be going back if I have any other issues with my car, and I will also refer any people/ family I know that has any issues with there transmission.

Aki and the guys at this location are very friendly and professional. They helped me with a transmission transplant for my 2016 Honda Civic for a third of what the dealership quoted us. Aki is very knowledgeable and fair, he took the time to explain what options I had in order to get my car fixed. I am very satisfied with my experience, it was quick and also very relieving to have someone walk me through the whole process. I highly recommend this shop!
