Brian did my internal mode switch replacement on my 2010 for less than half of what I was quoted at a dealership. This is the second time I have used them and have had great service both times.
they were quick to respond to my voice mail, left after hours, and dealt with my problem professionally and honestly. They called to explain the problem before repairing and noted other necessary work that I approved for completion. Everyone at the shop was friendly and happy.
Done in a timely fashion
When I arrived I had a feeling about the issues that I was having with my transmission. One of the members took my car out for a test drive and verified that the problem was within the transmission itself. After opening the transmission and identifying the problems, Cory called me and explained the issues. At that time, Cory gave me an estimate on the repairs. Based on the cost, he gave me another option of replacing my transmission with a used one. This was a much better option for me because it was better finalcially. In a couple of days Cory gave me a call to tell me that my car was ready. Upon pick-up, I asked to see pictures of the damage and they were supplied to me. An explanation of the repair was given as well as an outline of the warranty that they were providing. I was invited to call with any questions or concerns and sent away with quiet car:)
