I had a VERY common repair known to happen with my Ford Flex. I was so disappointed with the lack of assistance with Ford, that I chose to support the local business of Mr. Transmission and Richard Ennest who was honest and helpful right from the start!!!!

I'm very happy with the service I received from Neil and his team. It's important for women to feel confident that a mechanic will not take advantage of them when charging for services. I've been 'screwed' too many times from other service mechanics. These guys have integrity and respect. They did great work on my car, and I am satisfied with the invoice. I highly recommend this garage!

I just had Raj and Mike, the owners of this shop father and son duo take excellent care of me and my car. They went above and beyond to make sure that my car was taken care of in a timely manner and the transmission replaced. I wanted to go out of my way to thank them and write this positive review. Although my trusty mechanic recommended a different mister transmission location, this one was closest to home and although they were super busy with other cars they took care of me and got me in asap. Thank you guys for the positive experience!

First, they are one of the few shops that will look at a Genesis. Dealership said new transmission needed - $15k. Wes took the time to discuss, gave some ballpark numbers, then spent all of five minutes diagnosing a bad tire (resulting size differential was giving the AWD fits). I need a $400 tire, not a $15k transmission! Will be back when I need real help, adn will be sending people your way!
