The Manager of Owen Sounds Mister Transmission is by far one of the nicest and most honest shop owner I have met. He explained everything that was done to my truck and cared about my truck as well.

My wife and I decided to take the kids on a trip.We left from Sudbury to South Baymouth and took the ferry accross to Tobermorry.After leaving Tobermorry my car suddenly had no gears.After spending 5 hours on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck my car was towed to Ford in Owen Sound.After 400$ I find out that Lubrico warranty will not pay ford and I had to have it towed to Mr.Transmission.I phoned the shop and spoke to Steve and explained the situation.He told me to have it brought over right away wich I did. Uppon arriving there Steve and Ron greeted me and welcomed me to their shop.They were so kind. Steve even provided me with a vehicle so that my family and I would'nt be stranded withouth wheels.Such a kind gesture.Steve and his staff did everything in their power to get me back home as soon as possible.What was supposed to be an overnight trip turned into 6 days and 5 nights in a hotel room.I would recommend Mr.Transmission in Owen Sound to anyone. First class treatment and Service. Thank you Steve and Ron
