Great to deal with and fast.

My car was getting so bad that it would take minutes to get into reverse and the car jolted when it did click in and mister transmission fixed it in no time. Everyone is extremely nice, very personable and very knowledgeable. Thanks for giving my car life again so I can drive around safe with my family. I highly recommend mister transmission is Owen Sound.

Chris was super nice, very transparent, and incredibly honest, I would recommend this business to anyone with transmission issues, there is no charge unless they do work for you and they also have a very affordable tow truck company that wont ruin your car.

Friendly service, fair pricing

I was in Owen Sound for work and encountered a transmission issue with my F-150. Took it to Chris and his team and the overall experience was outstanding. They spent a couple hours diagnosing the issue and it ended up being a warranty/recall issue through Ford (speed frame). As was company policy, he would not accept payment as the issue was not repaired, even though he would lose the shop time spent diagnosing. I was 3 hours from home and the opportunity to take full advantage of my situation was there. So happy to see that there are still people in this industry that are forthcoming and care about their brand to that degree. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team to anyone, at any point. Thanks again guys!

Had transmission issues, problem with shifting gears. The manager Chris was amazing, helpful, informative, and very kind overall to talk to. After figuring out the issue was the accelerator sensor not the actual transmission, he didn't pressure me at all, in utilizing them to fix the issue. However, since they found the issue, and were very kind about it, I went ahead and had them do the work. Even upon pick up,the service was great. I highly recommend Mister Transmission for auto services, especially the one here in Owen Sound. Will definitely look into them for any possible future auto services I may need later on.
