Transmission Maintenance & Service

I had a noisy whining noise coming from the drivetrain of my truck and needed to find a shop to inspect it promptly. I quickly found out that there were not many places I could go to in my area. One place suggested Mr Transmission would be a good place to get it looked at. I drove in spoke with the manager, Chris Guziak who had his employees take it for a test drive and then into the shop for inspection afterwards.It was discovered that it was a front differential spline bearing. I had recently purchased the truck which had an active warranty still on it. Chris promptly made out a repair estimate and with some patient negotiations with the warranty company finalized the coverage of the repair costs. Then settled on a date to get the parts & have the truck repaired. After leaving the the truck first thing in the morning, Chris sent me a message at 1:45pm to tell me the repairs had been completed! I was very pleased overall with their expedient, professional service. 🙂

My car is 60 years old and classic. Chris and the guys at Mr. T gave it the proper respect and careful handling it needed. They improved the transmission performance and serviced the everyday needs like fluid and filter. All with friendly chatter and quick turnaround.

Chris and his crew went above and beyond to track down some hard to find parts for my Honda Odyssey transmission. It was a huge job with some setbacks from suppliers, but he never gave up and got the job done!
