Chris and Ron have incredible knowledge and experience with transmissions and go out of their way to explain and give you candid advice. In my case, after a thorough diagnosis, they advised my transmission was fine and the it was not essential to change the transmission fluid. Nevertheless, I went ahead and had then change it. I cannot thank them enough for their time and honesty and I will be certain to return if I need additional advice and/or service. Many thanks.

The Chicken

Chris the owner in Owen Sound went above and beyond to help my husband and I fix our van and help us with a way to go home while it was being fixed. We got stranded in Owen Sound and we’re 4 hours from home. He made us feel confident that he would fix the issues and comfortable to leave our van. When we returned to get our van he explained everything as to what was done and explained that we can call him anytime with questions. Our van will need to be checked in 10 days and he even called a mister transmission closer to our home to let them know we m would be coming.

My car was getting so...

My car was getting so bad that it would take minutes to get into reverse and the car jolted when it did click in and mister transmission fixed it in no time. Everyone is extremely nice, very personable and very knowledgeable. Thanks for giving my car life again so I can drive around safe with my family. I highly recommend mister transmission is Owen Sound.
