In a world where there are many shops that try to rip you off, I appreciated the honesty of the Mister Transmission I went to. I was quoted a certain amount for the job, but when I got there, the price was significantly more. There was work that needed to be done to the used transmission that would have cost more than the quoted price. Since they never called me to approve the price increase, they took that amount off of the invoice and only charged me what they initially quoted. They could have easily said that the work was already done and charged me, but they stood by their word. I appreciate that kind of integrity and honesty.

Took my van there may 17 2023 got it back June 8 on June 9 broken clamp leaking they fixed it the same day June 13 o ring break lost all transmission fluid had to get towed to mr transmission i am still waiting for them to fix it my original bill Waze $8379 tax included do you think I am impressed no
