I found the communication method to be the worst part of my experience. I wasn’t called or explained what was going on with my car, instead I was receiving a text with a link to a pdf. I wasn’t able to see the quoted amount properly and understood that I was approving a smaller amount than I was. When I came in to pay for my service, I wasn’t able very surprised at the price. I really didn’t like the texting system at all, it didn’t work well for me at all and I would consider myself very tech savvy.

Best experince ive had with a mechanic shop! I braught my 2018 jeep cherokee trailhawk in for a transmission issue, the warrenty company, to say the least, was very dificult. That being said the wonderful people at mr.transmission not only faught on my behalf with the warrenty company, but did amazing work! Maintaind amazing contact the entire process (2 month long process). Not enough good can be said about Mr.transmission in Moncton !
