Had a date to be repaired 2 weeks ahead but was suggested to leave and they may get car in earlier if a cancelation. Which happened after two business days of being there.

Chris was a great person to deal with my stressful situation. My new to me truck had its transmission blown and he fixed it no problem. He was honest and fair about the service and costs of the repairs and that’s hard to find these days. A great place to go get anything done to your car.

Service agent communicates well. After the initial road test/diagnosis, he clearly explained different options and gave advice. During the downtime, while awaiting parts, etc. he answered my queries in a timely fashion, which I appreciated. No runaround here! The finished product is silky smooth and feels like new. Great job !

Best experince ive had with a mechanic shop! I braught my 2018 jeep cherokee trailhawk in for a transmission issue, the warrenty company, to say the least, was very dificult. That being said the wonderful people at mr.transmission not only faught on my behalf with the warrenty company, but did amazing work! Maintaind amazing contact the entire process (2 month long process). Not enough good can be said about Mr.transmission in Moncton !

On vacation when I got...

On vacation when I got called back to work (home) for an emergency. Had heard a strange noise from my 2014 f150fx4 that I couldn't identify. Not wanting to drive 1800kms with something not "right," I went to Mr. T for a quick check. Janna fit me in rotation, and Chris took care of the test drive and inspection, diagnosing the problem, then offered up solutions. These guys are great. Fair fee, honest, prompt, and nailed it all around. Highly recommend.
